Returns & Exchanges

At ASTA RESORT, we want you to love your luxury resort wear; however, if you are not perfectly satisfied, we offer returns for store credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all garments are in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all designer tags and hygiene seals intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging, ensuring all original tags are attached and the garment is folded neatly to prevent damage.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Processing

  Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return to ensure it meets our quality standards, your store credit or exchange will be issued within 5-7 business days.
